Harness technology and design at a hacakthon-style 3-day event to make ideas into reality. Learn new skills. Grow your knowledge. Work hard. Build something real.
What happens at City Hacks?
Participants “hackers” spend the weekend learning new techniques, networking, or working on projects “hacks” with a team or on their own. There are workshops, presentations, and mentors to help you along the way. Just bring your idea or imagination, and we will help you make it a reality.
Who runs City Hacks?
The trio of Ken Miguel-Cipriano, AJ Hills, and Jonathan Jelks
I don’t have any technical skills, can I still attend?
Of course! We want you here the most, because we want to help you build the skills you want, and connect you to the resources you need to keep you learning and growing…no matter what age!
Who can attend?
Ages 18 and up, yes that means you 30 and 40 year olds! *Minors are encouraged to attend as well, there will just be another on-site form that will need to be filled out by a parent/guardian*
What if I don’t have an idea?
No worries! We will have presentations and resources to help you along the ideation process or help you meet cool collaborators or teammates.
